Room to Rent - Central York Flat

I am looking for a lodger for my spare room, in my central to York, two bedroom flat - the room is a small double and currently furnished with a day bed which can be single or double, a dressing table and wardrobe.

You would have use of communal areas such as the living room, bathroom and kitchen

I am a professional female who works full time and looking for a professional female lodger who is clean, tidy and respectful of my property.

The rental price per week includes all bills, including council tax, Wi-Fi, gas and electricity, water.
