Room in refurbished Victorian House

The house is 15 minutes walking distance from the city centre. It has a large lounge, kitchen, bathroom, shower room and a separate toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a tumble drier so that there are no damp clothes hanging around. The room has its own sink.

Cars can be parked on the street. No permit is required. The Coastliner passes in front of the house going to the centre of York, the train station and on to Leeds. In the other direction it goes to the coast. Red Goat climbing centre is just down the road and
the supermarkets ASDA, Morrisons, Lidl, and Waitrose are all five to ten minutes away on foot.
