We’re a couple looking to let our spare en suite room to a flatmate who is respectful, kind and keeps the room extremely tidy.

We expect the room to be returned in the same way it was presented.

This is a 2 bed, 2 bath furnished flat with open floor TV room, dining space and kitchen with small closet space and foyer.
(Dishwasher, refrigerator and washing machine with dryer available for use.)

The flat is spacious with well designed, modern rooms (Council tax band D & hence the rent).

Rent is inclusive of all bills (council tax, electric, WiFi and water).

The flat is located in a secure building with dedicated parking areas surrounded by beautiful gardens. (Our parking space is already occupied with our vehicle and we don’t have any more spaces to provide.)

The building is located in the city centre with Sainsbury’s, SPAR and Tesco outlets only a minute’s walk away amongst tons of restaurants, clubs.
