Double room In professional flat

I am a 28 year old working professional. I am looking for a lodger who is clean and tidy and respectful of the home I have created, who will share the household tasks. I. e cleaning of the apartment to keep onto of housework, taking the rubbish and recycling down. I am laid back in having company over (to an extent) but want to be upfront and honest to advise people that I am not looking for a party animal student lodger.

The room is fully furnished containing a double bed, double fitted wardrobe which has sliding doors which are mirrors. Newly fitted radiator. Double chest of draws, two bedside tables.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor (top floor) and unfortunately there is no lift but the stairs get easier. The apartment comprises of 2 double bedrooms and a box room which I used as my home office. Bathroom with over bath shower and an open plan kitchen, living room and dining area. Also available is a washer dryer and dishwasher and a lockable bike storage outside.

One months rent is required as deposit and is payable to secure the room before move in date.
