Description
My roommate and I live in a spacious flat.
The room is a double bedroom, equipped with a fitted wardrobe and essential furniture, including a single bed, bedside table, bookcase, study desk, and chair.
We have a cat, so we welcome someone who respects animals and cares about their welfare. Please note that the house may not be suitable for anyone who is allergic to cats.
We are looking for a student/professional, considerate housemate who respects others in the home and keeps both their room and the shared areas clean and tidy. The kitchen, bathroom, and toilet are communal spaces.
The property is within a 30-minute walk of the city centre.
Please message me if you have any questions or would like to arrange a viewing. Viewings are available, and the room is available immediately.
Female/LGBTQI+ housemates preferred.
