We have one very lovely double room to rent (pictures 5 and 7 in the advert) which is becoming available 23rd of April 2026 in a very nice, fully furnished, freshly refurbished, professional semi-detached house share in Fulford, York.

As most rooms have Thier own ensuite this room only shares a large bathroom with one other person

All bills are included (council tax, electric, gas and water, high speed fibre optic broadband,, TV license etx). There is also two bathrooms, off street parking, large garage, front and rear garden, brand new communal smart TV, washing machine and dryer, new carpets and flooring/furniture and soft furnishings throughout and each room comes supplied with new bed, bedroom furniture and a large mirror.

The location is great for anyone who works in York, the Designer Outlet, Selby, Leeds or surrounding areas as is a 2 minute drive to the A64/A19, and is a short walk into Fulford Village, and to the main park and ride and other bus routes into town and the Designer Outlet, with buses running every 10 minutes. The other professionals in the house are looking for a tidy, sociable person to join their home, and I am looking for someone who will pay the rent on time and treat the house like their home :)

This is a friendly home for young professionals to relax and enjoy.

The room is well decorated, completely furnished. We are currently installing a private bathroom for the room which will be ready for when you moved in.

In regard to meeting for a viewing we live about an hour away from the property, but can be there most evenings or afternoons if you wanted to see a room. Please feel free to contact us.
