A lovely small double & a cosy single room are available in my 3-bedroom cottage on Old Moor Lane, perfect for someone looking for a peaceful home with a touch of character. Ideal for students staying a semester at the university (approx 20 min cycle to campus west or 40 mins by bus). Street is on the Coastliner bus routes alongside No. 3, 4, 12, 13 etc. bus routes.

The cottage is shared with myself (live-in landlord) and Spud (my not-so-lil tabby cat), who splits his time between sunbathing in the bay window, watching the birds, waiting for the cat that lives opposite us to come pick him up, and curling up for cuddles.

I work in London Monday to Wednesday so the house is often very quiet midweek, quite ideal if you’re looking for a peaceful space to work or study.

The rooms themselves are cosy and best suited to someone who appreciates a calm, tidy home, and loves having a tabby cat follow them around (when he’s not napping) or loaf next to them.

Ideal for a respectful, responsible & low footprint lodger who’s happy sharing with Spud and I, and keeping the place clean and homely.

Happy to discuss a long term pro-rota rate for a Mon-Fri let for either rooms.
