Located very close to Acomb shops, this area is very nice indeed. Very close to city centre.
Acomb has lots of shops and a large supermarket too. There are very nice cafes, including the popular Bluebird Bakery and The Greengrocer.


Buses travel all over York from Acomb.

The area is a very nice, safe place to live.

The rooms to rent is a large double bedrooms with wardrobe, chest of drawers, tv on the wall, desk and chair double bed with new mattress.

The house is furnished to a very high standard with comfortable shared lounge and wide screen tv, fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, large fridge freezer - everything you might need.

A cleaner visits regular to deep clean all communal areas.

if you have a bike, we have a lockable shed for storage in our safe yard with lockable high gates and wall. It is very secure.
