The house is located in the popular area of Acomb, York. Just 2 miles from the city centre.
Buses run from Acomb to all over York – it’s a perfect location. Acomb has lots of shops and a large supermarket too. There are very nice cafes, including the popular Bluebird Bakery, Sojo cafe, The Hand Wine bar and The Greengrocer cafe.
The rent includes all bills, superfast wifi - all utilities. We even have a regular cleaner included in the rent. There is nothing additional to pay.
The room to rent is a large double bedroom - newly decorated with brand new furniture. There is a wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair to work from too. There is a new double bed with new, good quality mattress and a new carpet.
The house is furnished to a very high standard with comfortable shared lounge and wide screen tv, fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, large fridge freezer - everything you might need.
A cleaner visits regular to deep clean all communal areas. The house is kept very nice.
If you have a bike, there is a lockable shed for storage with lockable high gates and wall.
We are looking for a female housemate - someone who will fit in nicely to this very special houseshare. This special home is best suited to someone who is looking for a calm, peaceful house sharing only with other females. If you are looking for a loud party house, this probably isn't the right place.
