A lovely large double bedroom is becoming available in my recently renovated three-bedroom home in the Thief Lane area of York, conveniently located near the University of York.

I've put a lot of care into creating a modern, comfortable and welcoming home, and I'm hoping to find someone who will enjoy and appreciate living here just as much.

One of the nicest things about the property is its smaller household, with no more than three residents in total.

Unlike larger house shares, you won't be sharing facilities with numerous other people.
