Double room in centre of york with parking

I’m looking for someone to take over from my old flatmate as she is moving in with her partner. The flat is available now. It’s bedroom 2 in the floorplan. Can be flexible with dates

I’m Lily (pictured) who would be living with you, I am laidback, tidy and respectful, I enjoy hanging out watching tv as well as having alone time in my room. I am looking for someone who is similar! Must be queer friendly :)

The room is spacious with built in wardrobes and nice big windows. The communal spaces are fully furnished as we have been here over a year. There is plenty of storage in the flat.

There is a dishwasher (!), parking for an extra £50 a month, and we are very close to town and a 10 min walk from the train station, so perfect for a commuter.

I work retail at the moment so I sometimes work weekends & have weekdays off.

The rent is £492.50 a month and the bills usually come to around £190/200 each - council tax and water are the bulk of it and paid only 10 / 12 months.
