Double room in centre of york with parking

I’m looking for someone to take over from my old flatmate as she is moving on. The flat is available 22nd oct. It’s bedroom 2 in the floorplan :)

I’m Lily (pictured) who would be living with you, I am laidback, tidy and respectful, I enjoy hanging out watching tv as well as having alone time in my room. I am looking for someone who is similar! Must be queer friendly :)

The room is spacious with built in wardrobes and nice big windows. There is a bed & mattress provided. The communal spaces are fully furnished as we have been here over 2 years. There is plenty of storage in the flat.

There is a dishwasher (!), parking for an extra £50 a month, and we are very close to town and a 10 min walk from the train station, so perfect for a commuter.

I work hybrid so am home quite a lot during the week ! Im very respectful and quiet when someone else is in.

The rent is £500 a month and the bills usually come to around £200 each - council tax and water are the bulk of it and paid only 10 / 12 months.
