Double room 15 min walk from York City Centre

Available from 1st August, double room in a 3 bed semi-detached house. The room is quiet, light and over looks trees and allotments. There’s a drive for parking, garden, shared bathroom, lounge and fully equipped kitchen. It’s a vegan household, LGBTQ+ and I live here with my dog.

I’m looking for a kind, tidy and friendly person to share my home with, preferably someone who goes out to a place of work during the day as I work from home. A peaceful, joyful and relaxed home environment is important to me. I love to build connections and have fun, and I also appreciate and respect personal space.

My home is well located for the city centre, hospital and universities.
Rent includes bills. Am looking for either a permanent house mate or someone looking for a place to stay for work during the week such as 4 nights Mon-Fri, in which case rent would be less than advertised.
