About the Home

I’m looking for someone who is clean, tidy and respectful to share the apartment with. I take pride in keeping the home well looked after and would like someone who feels the same.

House expectations include:

* Keeping shared areas clean and tidy after use.
* Respecting each other’s space and belongings.
* Being mindful of noise, particularly late in the evenings and during weekdays (I work Monday - Friday 8am-4pm)
* Treating the apartment and furnishings with care.
* Contributing to a friendly, relaxed and considerate living environment.

This would suit someone who enjoys a calm, comfortable home rather than a party house.
