The room is bright and well-presented, with a storage double bed and additional furniture. You’ll also have your own private bathroom, complete with both a bath and a separate shower, giving you privacy and convenience.

The apartment is located on the Almond building within the beautifully restored Cocoa Works development, offering a peaceful, secure and high-quality place to live. You will have access to the on site library which has a concierge team situated, chill out area, sewing area and areas to do your own work or hold meetings. There is also a brilliant cafe and deli within the grounds that offers events and yoga nights and other activities throughout the week. You can use the well kept gardens for sub bathing, reading, relaxing and socialising with friends.

About the Home

I’m looking for someone who is clean, tidy and respectful to share the apartment with. I take pride in keeping the home well looked after and would like someone who feels the same.

House expectations include:

* Keeping shared areas clean and tidy after use.
* Respecting each other’s space and belongings.
* Being mindful of noise, particularly late in the evenings and during weekdays (I work Monday - Friday 8am-4pm)
* Treating the apartment and furnishings with care.
* Contributing to a friendly, relaxed and considerate living environment.

This would suit someone who enjoys a calm, comfortable home rather than a party house.
