3 Bedroom detached, recently refurbished house to share with friendly, helpful, easy going, live in landlord and possibly one other in York YO26.

The house is situated on a lovely sort after quiet road with enough parking for 3 cars. One for each resident if required.
The house on entrance through the front door has a lovely light hallway, carpeted stairs leading to the 3 bedrooms and large bathroom (with bath and stand alone shower unit toilet, sink and heated towel rail) the 1st floor has to offer.

Also within the hallway is a new, fully equipped ,recently added downstairs bathroom containing a toilet, sink, large shower unit and a heated towel rail with tiled floor to ceiling covering.

Moving through another door you’ll find a lovely front bay windowed lounge with comfortable seating , tv with internet , low lighting , just a great room for relaxing and in the other half of this Hugh room you’ll find a wooden dining table for up to 6 guests for entertainment or just a good solid table to spread yourself out on to catch up on a little work and some more easy seating. All downstairs is to be shared amongst all guests to be to relax and enjoy home life.

Through now to a large family kitchen, again 2 rooms in 1 really with another full seating area with soft furnishings and a 2nd tv. The kitchen is again relatively new (3 years old) with plenty of cupboards for guests to have their own, 2 full ovens, microwave, ceramic 4 burner oven top, dishwasher along with a integrated fridge freezer ( I will purchase a second stand alone fridge/freezer if we find we need another when there is 3 residents). Large centre island with stools to sit and eat or just relax and chill with a coffee or G&T if you like, totally your call.

Just off the kitchen is a utility room housing a washing machine, dryer, with plenty of space for various stages of laundry cycle, baskets and ironing board.

Back Garden & Garage.
Outside the back door you’ll find a single door through to the garage for bikes and possibly small dry storage for all guests. Keys issued for all with bikes, gated pathway down the side of the garage for access.
Garden great for the summer, not too big but double doors leading from the kitchen open up to a grassed area with a small paved area for outside seating and parasol.
Outside clothesline for summer drying and a fire pit for chatty summer evenings with a few cool beers.

This house share would suit the more mature, professional residents age 40+ but happy for 30+ residents who like a tidy, well kept, comfortable house and the more of a quiet life of wine and Tapas rather than a kebab and tin of lager.
Always a football house, though.

The whole house has been updated and refurbished throughout to include new carpets or wood flooring to every room.
