Moving through another door you’ll find a lovely front bay windowed lounge with comfortable seating , tv with internet , low lighting , just a great room for relaxing and in the other half of this Hugh room you’ll find a wooden dining table for up to 6 guests for entertainment or just a good solid table to spread yourself out on to catch up on a little work and some more easy seating. Just off the kitchen is a utility room housing a washing machine, dryer, with plenty of space for various stages of laundry cycle, baskets and ironing board.
Back Garden & Garage.
Outside the back door you’ll find a single door through to the garage for bikes and possibly small dry storage for all guests. Keys issued for all with bikes, gated pathway down the side of the garage for access.
Garden great for the summer, not too big but double doors leading from the kitchen open up to a grassed area with a small paved area for outside seating and parasol.
Outside clothesline for summer drying and a fire pit for chatty summer evenings with a few cool beers.
This house share would suit the more mature, professional residents age 40+ but happy for 30+ residents who like a tidy, well kept, comfortable house and the more of a quiet life of wine and Tapas rather than a kebab and tin of lager.
