Double bedroom house share

Ive had a spare room for some years now;
It feels a shame to leave it empty while people need housing (and of course it will help my bills)

The house is a 2 bedroom semi detached house with a decent sized garden, off street parking and a garage.

The room would be yours, sharing the rest of the house and garden.
Wifi and bills included.

Im not the most out-going person currently so I would prefer somebody that isn’t a “party animal”, just to save my peace. Thats not to say that Im super strict… however general empathy and respect is desired (cleans after self, fixes broken things, asks questions rather than not, etc)

Im looking for a female flat mate, mostly because of the above; women tend to be easier to get on with and a little more house proud perhaps…
