There is a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer in the home.
In the living room there is a large comfy sofa with a 55" TV.
The current tenants are extremely polite and quiet people who all respect each other and get along well, the house is always kept clean and tidy.
You'll have access to a locked garage with bike racks, this can be used for extra storage.
The garden is maintained so it is always usable for BBQs or having a small group of friends over!
There is no external letting agent, you will always speak to 1 person from the company who owns the property.
