Looking for someone to join me on a Joint Tenancy Agreement for the above, start date 01 Nov 2027.
Potentially available earlier depending on when my current housemate moves out.

Employment status will need to be verified by the letting agent with a minimum income of £21,750 a year.
A deposit will be required of £835 each (£1670 total).
Council tax band C.

Great location about a half a mile from York city centre.
House is in a quiet cul de sac and parking is available via a permit.

I currently use one of the rooms as a bedroom and another as an office, the other (leaving) housemate does the same as well.

Furnished living/dining room, potentially furnished bedroom if the current tenant leaves his stuff behind.

About me:
I am a 27 year old man working in sales and I travel fairly frequently for work so I am away some weekends, especially in Summer and during the leadup to Christmas.
Looking for a similarly nerdy housemate who won't mind me taking over the living room for weekly D&D (invite is open!)
