A bright and spacious double ensuite room with study space, storage, and a double wardrobe, located 10 minutes walk from the city centre and the desirable Rowntree Park.

It is a terraced house on a quiet street leading down to the river (thankfully this street does not flood). You would also have access to the shared living room, kitchen, and garden area.

I work locally and enjoy walking, cooking, writing, and playing sports/games. I would be happy to share in these interests but would equally respect if you would prefer to enjoy the comfort of your own space and privacy.
