Double room near York University

I currently have a double room available in a 2 bed bungalow about a 10 min walk from East Campus. The room has a small double bed, desk, large wardrobe and a full length mirror to check out all your outfits. The house itself is a modern property with lots of space to relax and cook as well as a garden and driveway. The one bathroom has a large shower with plenty of space for making potions or pretending you’re headlining Glastonbury.
Amenities in the area include a shop, pub and chemist all less than a 10 minute walk away. The closest bus stop is at the end of the road with regular busses into and out of the city making working whilst studying easy.

I am looking for a tenant due to my current flatmate having to go home to receive medical care. He will resume his studies next year so this room is perfect for a masters or year abroad student needing something until the next academic year.

As a housemate I am pretty relaxed and quiet. Although only 20, I have a collection of granny hobbies and will be found crocheting with a cup of tea listening to the radio. I also enjoy cafe trips and walks to see the local ponies and the resident goat at the village pub! I currently study a music engineering course so do sing and play the guitar frequently but strictly keep this to friendly hours of the day.
