Description
Hi, I have a room available in a shared house in the Heworth/Tang Hall area, about half an hours walk to West Campus, and just round the corner from a bus stop for the number 6 bus.
The room is on the first floor, and you would be sharing the house with 5 girls, all 2nd year UoY students.
There are 2 bathrooms upstairs (so you would be sharing one between 3 people) and 1 toilet downstairs.
The rent is £195 a week bills included (paid in monthly instalments) and there is a £375 deposit. A UK based guarantor is also needed.
This house is students only
