1 Double room in lovely house next to Bar Walls

Hi there!

Welcome to our home. :o)

The house has 4 bedrooms in an amazing location and has great character. Views of the Minster and bar walls from the front door! 2 minute walk to the city centre and its fabulous shops, bars, restaurants, theatres and cinemas! It's near the Hospital and St Johns Uni too.

There's a well equipped kitchen, bathroom with bath and shower plus large oak floored dining room and a courtyard out the back.

Two bedrooms are taken but we have room for the right person in the third bedroom.

The room is a double. Fully furnished with a double bed, bedside drawers and desk. It has its own washbasin too.

All bills including Virgin TV and broadband, council tax, water, gas and electricity are included. But obviously we all need to be respectful about energy use :o)

We are easy going flat mates but it is really important to us that you keep the house clean, tidy and peaceful. My current flatmate has her own life and likes to be left alone. I have my own life too but I am open to sharing cooking and washing up for the occasional meal and a chat when we’re both in the house.
