We have two double rooms to let in our large Victorian terrace within walking distance of the centre of York and York Hospital. All bills are included. Both are newly decorated, have had new carpets fitted and are newly furnished from Ikea. One room is on the first floor at the back of the house, the other a loft room with velux windows. Within walking distance of York city centre, York hospital, the river and the train station, this quiet house is home to six friendly tenants, at present one women and three men, all employed or in Post Graduate education, who share a living room, large kitchen with range cooker, washer, dryer and microwave, and two modern bathrooms, both with showers. There is on street parking (subject to the purchase of a permit)and a secure yard at the back of the house where bikes can be kept. The house is broadband enabled, the cost of which is included in the rent. As well as broadband, the rental price includes council tax, water, gas, electricity, tv license for communal tv and a cleaner for the communal areas. The house is double glazed throughout.
