Furnished double room to let

Hi, I have a double furnished room to let in my property, which will be available from 4.3.24. There is currently myself living in the property. I live in a 4 bedroom house in the Acomb area of York. There is off street parking if needed & a garden. We are on an excellent bus service every 10 minutes into the town centre. There is a fitness centre/ swimming pool 5 minutes walk away. I am asking £180 per week & a bond of £720 all bills are included in this. The house also has wireless internet. It is a non smoking household.
