Shared use of living room, bathroom and garden.
Bills inc ( including the internet).
Short walk in to the town centre.
Off road parking for one vehicle.
Must like dogs as two small staffs live in the property every other month. Sharing with a 35 year old female. I am fun bubbly and have a good sense of humor, I lead a quiet life most of the time and when i do not have my dogs i am away most weekends.
Deposit and first month’s rent upfront.
Either Monday-Friday or 7 days 6 months to start with. Referencing credit check and a contract will all be done.
