Large double bedroom ( bed can be supplied as no bed in there at present , plus the pictures don’t do the size of the room justice) with plenty of storage and family bathroom for own use , bath , shower , toilet . Use of kitchen and front room ( shared) and large back garden , ample shared parking . Close to Brackley town centre , Sainsburys/ Tescos , all amenities.
The house is a Shared 3bedroom house with live in professional male already , the owners friend , I basically am looking after his house , I work Monday to Friday and away some weekends . The Owner of the house has moved out and I am dealing with everything for him . I don’t smoke and I am a relaxed chilled type of guy
I like tropical plants as you can see , the area is really nice and quiet with walking paths just at the bottom of the road . There is a Co-Op in walking distance with easy access to Northampton, Towcester and Banbury etc.

Broadband , water , Gas and Electricity all included in monthly rent .
