Currently there are 2 rooms available to choose from and both are double, one currently has a single bed but this can be changed to a double. At the moment only the owner lives in the property but in the new year there will be another flatmate who is in his 30s, quiet, clean and tidy and a great tenant. He has previously stayed at this property and is a returning tenant. A cleaner visits once a week.
