Superior Double Room with Private Living Room

I have available the whole of the 1st floor for rent. This comprises of a double bedroom with private toilet and en-suite shower room and a private living room for sole use by you. Both rooms are fully furnished to a high standard.

We will share the kitchen area which has a washer/dryer, dishwasher and fridge/freezer available for use.

An allocated parking space is available to the rear of the house and there are visitor spaces and parking available outside the house. I also have a small amount of space available in the garage for storage if required.

Price includes electric/gas/water, broadband and council tax.

I tend to work away during the week so I am looking for someone who is clean and tidy that I can trust to look after the place whilst I'm away. You're welcome to have occasional guests over but please, no parties!
