Large bedroom to let in shared rural bungalow

The low rent is because we require someone to live here who is happy to undertake a companion role with my very old mother, who is house bound.

Must enjoy talking to old people. My mother is very deaf, so ideally someone whose first language is English or who can speak English fluently and clearly.
Must like animals - we have 2 friendly dogs and a cat.
Very large garden
The location is very rural & peaceful. However the downside of this is stuff like mud & spiders. If you don’t like rural life, this is not the place for you.
Would suit someone who works from home; we have BT broadband internet.
