Double room to rent in Modern home

Good day to you,

I have a bedroom in a four bedroom modern home to rent in Lang Farm, Daventry; I'd be a live-in landlord.

The bedroom is furnished with some cabinets, built in wardrobes, air conditioning unit, and a double bed. Although there is no ensuite, the main bathroom will mostly be yours because I have an ensuite, therefore you will have your own bathroom space. The bathroom includes a jacuzzi bath and a separate shower.

The home is detached, has a garden and a driveway with space for you to park a car. I work 5 days a week, most of the time from home, but I do travel into the office once a week. I don't smoke and don't have any pets. I'm looking for a professional, preferably female. My reason for this is because I have lived with males and females before and in my experience, females are tidier and easier to live with. When I rented a room previously, I rented to a female professional for 3 years without any problems, and only stopped because my ex-partner wanted to move in. I will only consider someone who smokes if they promise to only smoke outside.

I'm easy-going, laid back, but tidy and ask that you to be respectful and therefore tidy too please. I enjoy socialising, have hobbies that I do in the week, but I am also happy to give space when needed. I have two other reception rooms separate from the living room in which we can have our own space and relaxation time if needs be.
