Double room to rent in Modern home

Good day,

I have a spare bedroom in a four bedroom modern home to rent in Lang Farm, Daventry.

The bedroom is furnished with some cabinets, built in wardrobes, air conditioning unit, and a double bed. Although there is no dedicated ensuite for you, the main bathroom will mostly be yours because I have an ensuite, and therefore you will have your own bathroom space. The bathroom includes a jacuzzi bath and a separate shower.

The home is detached, it has a garden and a driveway with space for you to park a car. I'm looking for a working professional. I don't mind renting to a male or a female but my preference would be a female. My reason for this is because I have lived with males and females before and in my experience, females are far tidier and keep the home clean. When I rented a room previously, I rented to a female professional for 3 years without any problems. I will consider someone who smokes but only if they promise to only smoke outside.

In addition to the kitchen and living room, I have a dining area, a snug room and a garage converted into a gaming room. Therefore, we can have our own space and relaxation time if needs be.

I work 5 days a week, most of the time from home, but I may travel into the office once a week. I don't smoke and don't have any pets now. I'm easy-going, and I have my own hobbies throughout the week. I enjoy socialising but I am also happy to give people space when needed. All I ask is from people is to be respectful around the home, keep your spaces tidy, and to pay on time please.

I currently have a lodger but they are moving out in September to live abroad.
