Working/ studying full time please.
Would suit someone who appreciates nature and a quieter house. Full time students welcome.
Lodger will be responsible for their part of the council tax unless you pay it elsewhere.
Other bills are included .
Prefer female, I've happily shared with many ppl, both male and female over the years and while traveling from French, to Polish, to South Indian to Russians. Im easy going .
Also happy to accept Monday to Friday with negotiation.
Current housemate is leaving as of a new job out of area.
