I am a live-out landlord with a top floor double ensuite room (SINGLE OCCUPANCY ONLY) available, as well as a large double ground floor 'garden' room (SINGLE OCCUPANCY ONLY) to rent in my house in Farnborough Drive, in the Middlemore area of Daventry, close to a shop and bus stop.

All bills are included in the rental price - gas, electricity, water, Council Tax, TV license and broadband.

There is a communal kitchen diner in the house, equipped with an oven, fridge and separate fridge freezer, microwave oven, kettle and toaster.

There is a separate utility room equipped with a washing machine and a dryer.

All communal areas in the house are cleaned periodically.

There is a garden, off-street parking and lockable bicycle storage available.

Room 1 - Double Ensuite Top Floor Room which has been newly refurbished, there is a comfortable double bed, a bedside cabinet, chest of drawers, built in wardrobes, there is a TV point in the room. Private ensuite with shower, washbasin and toilet.

Room 2 - Large Double Ground Floor 'Garden' Room (has two double doors leading directly onto the garden, be aware that the garden is a communal garden for all tenants to use. There is a comfortable double bed, a bedside cabinet, two double wardrobes, a separate storage cupboard, and a separate smaller room that could be used for an office space, or have a sofa in it. There is a TV point in the room.
