There is a communal kitchen diner in the house, equipped with an oven, fridge and separate fridge freezer, microwave oven, kettle and toaster.

There is a separate utility room equipped with a washing machine and a dryer.

All communal areas in the house are cleaned periodically.

There is a garden, off-street parking and lockable bicycle storage available.

Room 1 - Single First Floor Room - there is a comfortable bed, a bedside cabinet, chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk and chair, there is a TV point in the room.

Room 2 - Double Second Floor Room - there is a comfortable double bed, a bedside cabinet, chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk and chair, there is a TV point in the room.
