The House
This is a friendly, professional home with 5 bedrooms in total. We take care of the details so you can relax:

- All Inclusive: Rent includes all bills and a weekly cleaner for the communal areas.

How to View
We take care to find the right mix of people for the house, so we have a simple process in place:
- Enquire: Send us a message via SpareRoom.
- Details: We will reply with a link to a short form to fill out some details about yourself.
- View: We review these applications (usually in the evenings) and will invite suitable candidates to book an in-person viewing.

Please note: We are unable to book viewings without this form being completed. We offer multiple viewing slots daily to make it easy for you.
