It is a 4 bedroom house in Northampton Far Cotton on Penrhyn Road. Room3 (ensuite) is available to move in from end of Jul. We are looking for a female tenant for this room.

The property comprises of a kitchen, two downstairs double room, two upstairs double room (one of them is an ensuite room) and upstairs bathroom.

Bills: The rent includes WIFI.
Tenants need to pay the Gas, electricity, water. They are about £50 per month per room. Tenants need to pay council tax (Band B), council tax is exempted for students for this house at the moment.

Holding deposit is 1 week's rent. Security deposit is 4 weeks' rent.
