The room has recently been renovated/ redone. Looking for a lodger in this room. 2 existing individuals living in the property are myself (25, male, live-in property owner/landlord), and an existing lodger (28, male).
We are both very tidy, quiet professional people. I am looking to maintain this house dynamic - looking for professional clean quiet people for long term living. Please get in touch if interested.
The shared spaces are the kitchen, utility room & toilet. Room is on the ground floor at the front of the house. M1 is about 2 minutes away - cannot hear any noise from this though.
The property has 2 kitchens, 3 toilets & 5 bedrooms. There will be a maximum of 2 lodgers in the property (one already in property). My grandmother comes and stayed periodically, however has her own annex part of the house.
Internet is good, stable and quick.
Rent is £650 to be paid in cash. 28 days notice from either party to terminate contract. First 2 months garuanteed.
