Available late August. Exact date TBC. Good location. Ideal for someone who wants a quiet household with garden (pet friendly although based on it working for the whole household). All double bedrooms. Storage also available (cellar and attic) and outside stores (bicycle friendly). Close to the shops Tesco (3mins walk) and Co-op (7mins walk) . Bit about me: I'm easy going and quite often out of the house(work sometimes beyond Kettering (the North) often exercising in my spare time. I also garden and have an allotment so free food in the summer! Looking for a respectful, friendly lodger. On street parking. The house is close to the train station (although not too close to hear trains!) . General hospital is not too far away either. Plenty of shops 5-10mins walk: Parks and town all within 5-10 mins walk.
