The room is fully furnished and has a double leather bed, wardrobe, chest of draws and a 49inch flat screen on the bedroom wall. There are NO agency or estate agent fees involved with this property. The property and the room is fully furnished and carpeted and ready to move in. The apartment is walking distance to kettering general hospital and the town centre.

The property is a new build that is very large, spacious , bright and airy with lots of natural light and space for an open plan living. There are juliet balcony in the lounge and bedrooms.

The rent will include all bills, including electricity, gas, water, council tax, Netflix and unlimited fibre optic broadband. The property has a large flat screen TV installed with netflix and a corner group sofa. You will have access to the entire flat as a shared flatmate .
