We are looking for a WORKING PROFESSIONAL for these fully furnished rooms in a large house in Kettering walking distance to town centre.

The bedrooms have bed & mattress with a wardrobe, bedside tables and writing table and chair.

There is one main shared shower room and also a room with ensuite shower room, and a room with shower. So there is no need queue for the shared shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped including an oven with hob, two fridge-freezers, toaster, washing machine . Each house mate has their own fridge space and a separate kitchen cupboard.

The open living area includes modern furnishings and a flat screen TV with Virgin TV.

The first months rent is payable in advance and £200 deposit will be held for the duration of the tenancy.
