The House

There is also a fantastic LARGE private rear garden with patio furniture, perfect to chill out in the summer months. Large garage for pedal bike storage only. The house recently underwent a renovation including both bathrooms and the kitchen was updated too.

The rooms are FULLY FURNISHED with a double bed, orthopaedic mattress, wardrobe, desk and chair, bedside tables and chest of drawers.

Location and Transport:

The house is located in Kingsthorpe VERY CLOSE to a bus stop which is only a SHORT 5 MINUTE WALK AWAY. Also conveniently located 2 miles away is Northampton Train Station going DIRECT to London or Birmingham. There are lots of shops and supermarkets within a few minutes’ walk. Quiet and pleasant surroundings, close to lots of green spaces, cafes, pubs and restaurants. There is a Starbucks nearby for all you coffee lovers!

ALL BILLS ARE INCLUDED in the price so you only pay one amount. This includes all utilities (gas, electric & water), council tax, unlimited access to high speed broadband (wifi). There is also a CLEANER that cleans all the communal areas!
