You will mostly have the house to yourself, with a low rent offered in exchange for feeding and cuddling the resident cat. (Further discussion welcome about the rent if you are able to undertake gardening).
The other 2 rooms will be used occasionally by a young professional who works in Northampton, but lives away, and only very occasionally by the landlord if she needs to visit Northampton. You will therefore be the sole permanent resident.
It is a detached 3 bed house, in Kingsthorpe, with the largest, master bedroom with en-suite shower room being available for rent.
Council tax D or exempt if you are a student.
The property is within walking distance to all local amenities, including buses into town, parks, local shops and supermarkets (Waitrose, Asda and Aldi).
The living areas and master bedroom will be decorated before the tenant moves in.
