You will be living with me (Steve), Dennis, and one male lodger, Luke who occasionally has one of his daughters stay over.

We are a friendly and diverse household, and we value a respectful, easy-going environment. Nothing about you, your gender, ethnicity, orientation and so on is a bar to you joining us.

All bills are included, including council tax, along with fast broadband suitable for streaming and general use.

The room includes:

• Metal-framed double bed with memory foam mattress
• Ample storage space
• Starter set of bedding, cups, plates and so on
• A folding table

In cupboard are out of the way when not in use is:

• Under-counter fridge/freezer
• Microwave and kettle
• Plates, bowls, cutlery, and cups

You are welcome to personalise the room, but it should be returned to its original condition when you leave.

Location & Transport:

• 51-minute walk to town / 49 minutes to the station walking
• Bus stop directly across the road, with more routes within a 10-minute walk. The bus takes approx 27 minutes to the station (car 7 mins) with 31 minutes to town (car 12 minutes) . Barclays at Brackmill is about 1hr worse case scenrio (17 by car)
• Euston Station 1 hour from Northampton
• Birmingham New St Station also 1hr
• Birmingam Airport 1hr 6m

Local Amenities:

• Lidl – 15-minute walk, 3 mins by car don't bother with public transport
• Sainsbury’s Superstore – 30-minute walk, 8 mins by car, 33 mins by bus
• The Hopping Hare (best pub/restaurant/hotel in the area) – 8-minute walk
• Corner shop at the end of the road

Countryside is within easy walking distance, including the Spencer Estate, with Althorp House approximately 3 miles away.

House Details:

• Upstairs shower room with toilet and basin, with handheld bidet spray
• Additional downstairs toilet with handheld bidet sprayand basin
• Large decking area and garden spaces for relaxing

This is our home, so house rules are in place, based on mutual respect and consideration.

Parking is available at the front or rear of the property.

You may occasionally be invited to join us for meals, karaoke, or the occasional (rare) garden gathering—there is no obligation, but we aim to create a welcoming atmosphere.

If you have children, please feel free to discuss as we may be able to accommodate short visits.

We’re always happy to chat—getting to know each other helps make the home comfortable for everyone.
