The room and house is furnished to a high standard with new flooring, furniture and decorating throughout. The room benefits from an en-suite, double bed and mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers, lamp and bed side table.

The house is equipped with ‘Super-Fast’ Fibre Optic Broadband and we provide a cleaner once a fortnight for the communal areas – all included in the price.

The kitchen has all the mod cons including a cooker, American fridge/freezer, two microwaves and you are allocated your own cupboard space for storage.

Outside we have a low maintenance garden area where you can relax and maybe even enjoy a drink after a stressful day at work!
