Single room in friendly houshold

I'm offering up for rent a single room in my home, because the current lodger is moving on after living with me for the past 5 years. it's a well appointed furnished room within a well appointed house. The kitchen, lounge and bathroom are shared areas of the house and contain most mod-cons. I have one other lodger, who has been with me for some time. There is a large outbuilding at the bottom of the garden, for the storage of bikes etc. The house is well situated for bus routes, colleges and shopping areas, so would suit just about anyone from students to professionals.
