Would suit a clean person to join. Professionals Preferable. Postgraduate or PhD students may be considered.

5 min walk to Northampton train station. 5mins drive to M1. On road parking outside. 10min walk to town centre.

Required: one month deposit, references (one from employer and one from previous landlord)
And evidence of employment.
