Description

The space:
I have a spare double room for a lodger from June. Lock on door. Chest of drawers and desk provided and Bed can be provided with enough notice and additional cost per month.
Right near Northampton station, so even if running late it's only a 5 minute dash. 15-20 minute walk to town centre.
Free street and carpark parking around the area. First come first serve but never further than 60m away. Great for commuters.

About me: I work from home mainly in the week. I love to travel, experience different cultures, and get creative or just be in nature. Like to go gym and I also have an allotment if you are interested in growing some bits. I'm not into partying much, but don't mind having visitors over with notice. I have previously had superhost status on Airbnb (just for the sofabed!), but stopped due to time constraints.

Bills:
Council tax band A, roughly £61.90 per person per month. Bills roughly £100 per month each.
Area: 2 bed apartment in medium apartment block, next to convenience shop and short walk from cafes. Mainly families/couples in the block. Lovely parks nearby.

Amenities:
Full laundry use, washing machine and dryer.
Bathroom will eventually be renovated, but is all clean and in working order with good water pressure.
Kitchen has coffee making facilities, oven, dishwasher, microwave.
I don't mind what you cook if using your own pans and plates etc. there will be space in fridge and cupboards.
No cleaner so cleaning shared spaces will be split between us.

Looking for a professional, non smoker, generally tidy/happy to share cleaning responsibilities, and doesn't mind the odd movie night. I'll be respectful of you and your space and expect same in return. Reference from previous landlord/housemate or boss.
