A brand-new Hmo has come onto our books and is currently vacant awaiting for new tenants. This property is in a great location just off the Wellingborough Road and is available for anyone looking for a new home and the opportunity to move in around the same time as working professionals.

When you enquire on this room, please note we carry out viewings on a Tuesday and a Friday of each week. We will ask you for your name email and mobile number to book the Viewing. You must be working full-time and have no CCJ. If you have a CCJ, your reference will fail and you will not be refunded. We are unsure of the times of the viewings on Tuesday and Friday however once you enquire and provide the adequate information we will be able to let you know when we’re going to the property. Each week the time slots differ based on which properties we are visiting in which postal codes however if you enquire early enough we will hopefully be able to accommodate a time that suits you between 11 am and 5 pm.
Room 1
A spacious ground floor room offering views over the back garden and a separate study space off the bedroom with a sliding door. The study space offers independent access to the back garden as well. Fully furnished.

Lounge
Offering two double sofas and a coffee table space the lounge is located to the front of the property on the ground floor and is great if you prefer to eat any food away from the kitchen area if anyone else is cooking or if you have guest visiting you and you prefer not to have them in your bedroom.

Kitchen
The kitchen has a dining table with four chairs along with ample cooking space with the cooker being allocated to the left-hand side of the kitchen with space each side for preparing food and on the right side there is a microwave kettle toaster sink and lots of work top space for preparation. There are ample food cupboards as well as a fridge freezer and a washing machine. In this room there is the iron, ironing board l, Hoover and bin.

Downstairs toilet
The downstairs toilet House is the boiler away from the kitchen so even less noise when use. This toilet is great if you’re preparing food or entertaining guests who are visiting for the day and they may need to use the toilet this is located at the back of the kitchen through a door.

First floor bathroom
This is a shower room and quite a nice space with a large double corner shower and toilet with a sink. The spaces adequate enough to dry yourself and prepare yourself without having to go to your room immediately after showering.

Garden
A fully enclosed garden with no access from an outside street or road. This garden is classed as a courtyard and is low maintenance. There is space for barbecuing and it has partial shading with some established trees making it a nice peaceful retreat.

In a great location close by to the racecourse as well as the town centre. You also have on street parking at this property for those who drive, no permit needed.
