I’m looking for a tenant that can be consistent with their rent payments and will be trusted to commit to keeping the place tidy as possible (not perfect myself but we will try LOL). The apartment is conveniently located between the university and the hospital (about 3 mins walk to uni and about 6 mins walk to hospital). The flat has two bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom and a kitchen. By the way, I work from home most days so I use the living room a lot but I am happy to share the space with you and I do game in the evenings- I don’t shout or anything but I often talk to my friends whilst playing- it shouldn’t be a problem for most but if you’re a very light sleeper, it’s probably not the best idea for you!
