We are pleased to offer a lovely double ground floor room in a well established male only house share. The property comprises of 2 bathrooms, a downstairs toilet and a large kitchen dinning room. There is a generous garden at the rear of the property.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, fridge freezer, small sofa and coffee table.

There is a weekly cleaner allocated to the shared areas. She will clean individual rooms at a cost to the tenant.

All bills including wifi included.

Referencing is conducted, including a credit check, current landlord and employer references.

A deposit is paid in advance of £250. Rent payments are paid on the 1st of each month so you would pay rent in advance until the 1st September and then a monthly payment is required.
