We have two fully furnished double rooms available from mid-August in our newly refurbished Victorian home on Adams Avenue, NN1 , just off Wellingborough Road.

We're looking for working professionals who are friendly, tidy and respectful, and who are looking for a relaxed, comfortable home rather than just somewhere to sleep.

The rooms: Each room comes fully furnished with: Double bed, Wardrobe, bedside table, Desk and chair
Rooms are Freshly plastered and decorated walls, New LVT flooring.

The house: The house has recently been refurbished and includes, Brand-new kitchen (being fitted in mid-August)
Three bathrooms (family bathroom, separate WC and shower room), Underfloor heating on the ground floor
Gas central heating upstairs, High-speed fibre broadband
Spacious Victorian home with plenty of character

Location: Adams Avenue, Northampton (NN1 )
Just off Wellingborough Road, Around a 12–15 minute walk to Northampton School for Boys (NSB), Close to the town centre, Northampton General Hospital, shops, cafés, gyms and bus routes.

Rent: £650 per calendar month, per room

This includes: Gas, Electricity, Water, Council Tax, High-speed Wi-Fi. A full tenancy agreement will be provided.

About us : You'll be sharing with two friendly professionals. I work as a Manager in IT, and other working professional an international, recently graduated from university and works in London a couple of days each week. We are very respectful, mind people's privacy, quite, easy going and mostly keep ourselves to ourselves. We are happy with occasional catch ups or cooking together.

We're looking for someone who is considerate, easy-going and happy living in a clean, respectful home.
