I am looking for a flat mate, my home is beautiful and fairly minimal so you can do what you want with it. Two bedrooms very separate with 3 doors in between so very private, huge living room with 11 windows overlooking the beautiful guildhall, town centre location!
Only loud on Saturday night.
Bills, WiFi and electricity all included in the rent. Very private and I'm working most days so won't be home.
The room available is big and decently has a new wardrobe, new mattress and new dressing table. Carpeted, very clean with white wall and 3 huge windows- high ceilings.
I'm very friendly and quiet- I go to work and come home and sleep, so you also have the huge living room, kitchen etc.
