The first is large en-suite. If you are seeking a degree of seclusion in a shared house then this room might be for you. The room is situated with its own door opening onto a staircase that takes you to the top of the house. Here you will find a spacious and comfortably furnished double bed, chest of drawers, hanging rail and bedside table.

This is a lovely double room with quality furniture. The room has a bight aspect and benefits from being on its own floor. The en-suite is a well designed space for your sole use.

The second available room is a large double on the ground floor, again with good quality furniture, consisting of double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and bedside table with shared shower and separate toilet.

The shared kitchen is modern and fully equipped with two fridge freezers for ample storage. This is a well managed, well looked after house with mature, considerate, professional housemates.

The Train Station is a 15 minute walk. Northampton General less
than 10 minutes walk.

Situated in the quiet Cultural Quarter, close to restaurants, cinemas and the Royal and Derngate Theatres. The current housemates are working professionals, friendly and respectful; please note - this room is not for couples, or families due to licence restrictions.

Utilities and council tax (band E) are included in the rent, Wifi is included in the rent. (Own bedding and pillows required.)
